We have two different designs in the Mini Colouring Packs. The Mini Colouring Packs for Younger Kids are suitable for kids aged between 3-6 years. The Mini Colouring Packs for Older Kids are suitable for kids aged between 7-11 years. 

The age ranges are only meant as a guide. You know your kids best and are therefore in the best position to know what your kids will enjoy.  Some younger kids may be ready for the intricate work of the detailed design colouring book found in the older kids pack. On the other hand some older kids may enjoy the freedom of the simple design colouring book in the younger kids packs. The choice is yours!

Some models of eWriters have a lock button. Check the back of the eWriter, there may be a small switch at the bottom of the screen that locks it so you don't accidentally clear your screen. Simply switch it the opposite way and the screen will now clear.

If this doesn't work, your battery may be dead. They have a long shelf life but they won't last forever. If you need to replace them, simply unscrew the screw holding the battery safely in place at the bottom of the screen. You can replace the dead battery with a CR1220 battery.
